Seller Agreement

• I confirm I own or am authorised to sell the item/service and that its data is accurate.
• I bear sole responsibility for delivery, quality, and legal/tax compliance.
• Any promoter reward I set is frozen at enrollment and cannot be lowered after a promoter commits.
• Semsar is an advertising intermediary only; it does not own the goods/services and never holds buyers' funds.
• Semsar is not liable under any circumstances for any direct or indirect damage and may not be sued or held to any legal obligation.
• NDA: all prices and data a party is exposed to are confidential and must not be disclosed or exploited.
• Responsible disclosure: the party must promptly inform Semsar of any error, leak or security weakness and must not exploit it.
• This agreement is governed by the laws of the United Arab Emirates.
