• I promote listings honestly, with no false claims or spam.
• My reward is earned only upon a confirmed sale via my referral link.
• If the item is sold by someone else or runs out of stock I earn nothing; the system notifies me automatically.
• Semsar is an advertising intermediary only; it does not own the goods/services and never holds buyers' funds.
• Semsar is not liable under any circumstances for any direct or indirect damage and may not be sued or held to any legal obligation.
• NDA: all prices and data a party is exposed to are confidential and must not be disclosed or exploited.
• Responsible disclosure: the party must promptly inform Semsar of any error, leak or security weakness and must not exploit it.
• This agreement is governed by the laws of the United Arab Emirates.
